Luci has a Citrus Hills story a lot like Mark's: before she ever sold a resale home, she worked as a new-homes consultant right here in Terra Vista — touring buyers through the community, walking the lots with them, and helping them design the custom homes they'd go on to live in. That gives her a rare, inside understanding of the community, the country-club lifestyle, and the way homes are built all over Citrus Hills. She understands how homes go up, how the villages are laid out, and what actually drives value here.

When she moved to resales with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2021, that perspective showed immediately — she ranked among the top 3% of agents in Citrus County in her first full year.
