Mark started in 2004 with the developer's new-homes division — five years selling Citrus Hills new construction from the inside, learning the villages, the floor plans, and how the community was built lot by lot. In 2009 he moved to resales with Florida Showcase Properties and spent years among the most active agents in the market — the kind of track record that only comes from knowing every village inside out.
Around 2016, Mark stepped away from personal sales and earned his broker's license, becoming Managing Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Showcase Properties. He did it for one reason: he refuses to compete with his own agents.
