Russell came to Citrus County the way many Citrus Hills buyers do — from up north. He left Connecticut for Florida in 2015, so when a client is making the move from a thousand miles away, he isn't guessing at how it feels. He's done it himself, and that perspective shows in how he guides people through it — from picking the right village to closing day.

Before real estate, Russell built his career in service — as a golf professional and in hospitality — where he learned that looking after people is the entire job. He brought that into real estate in 2021 and quickly became the team's top producer, and one of the top-producing agents in all of Citrus County. The reason is simple: buying or selling a home is stressful, and the way Russell sees it, his job is to absorb that stress so you don't have to.

Working the Citrus Hills villages every day, Russell knows how they differ — which carry mandatory associations and which don't, which streets back the golf courses, and how to match a buyer to the village that actually fits how they want to live.
